Facilities Management
There are many different Asset Management systems but this system has been designed to meet a unique requirement within an organization. To manage those assets which require monthly, weekly, and quarterly inspections, to insure they meet regulatory, legal, insurance or company mandated guidelines. Example would been weekly elevator inspections which require various elements within the elevator a check and working properly, monthly fire extinguisher and control valve inspections, water sources checked quarterly for lead in the water, HVAC filters inspected and tested to insure they are working properly etc.
Through this module various types of assets can be managed, barcodes generated, inspections performed using PDA barcode scanners, and download results directly into the database. Through the Asset Management system the user can generate various reports to verify to a regulatory agency or insurance company they these critical inspections are being performed and any issues identified are being corrected. The system also has the ability to be easily interfaced with various facility management systems (i.e. DataStream, Tririga, Maximo etc).
