Facilities Management
This module provides the tools to manage training information for all employees within a company. The system allows to user to define courses, schedules, frequency of training, pre-requisites, programs etc. The user can through the system manage employee training records, schedule employees for training, put them on a training waitlist, associate PPE the employee is certified to use, manage external training information, OJT training, Toolbox training etc. Additionally the system provides the user the ability to download training information for workers from third party providers. Associated with this module is a web interface where employees and managers can review their training history, check on the availability of courses and complete an Employee Training Questionnaire that will determine what training they need, have completed or need to retrain in to perform their job within the company.
