Incident Tracking and Resolution Management

This module is designed as a central repository for managing and tracking all incidents that occur within an organization. The systems will track the event from the initial report of incident (i.e. employee related, product related, near miss, safety related, security related etc) through its investigation and resolution. The system manages all of the data necessary to generate the First Report of Injury/Illness, OSHA Logs, Workers Compensation data, Property Loss data etc. Through the module the user can send email notifications, assign investigators, assign corrective actions based upon the investigation, track the corrective actions to completion and determine the costs association with the incident and corrective actions. Additionally the system provides an option for Legal, Risk Management and other authorized groups within an organization the ability to review an incident beginning to end through a single entry point.
