Facilities Management
This module provides the tools necessary to manage the day to day security requirement of an organization with multiple locations (facilities, plants, buildings, campuses etc.) worldwide or a single location. The user can enter daily log journal information related to security activities performed, email an entry, and indicate if the entry should be elevated to a concern that initiates an Initial Report of Incident record for further action.
Through the system the user can manage initial reports of incidents, automatically send email notifications to various groups and individuals to review the incident and determine if their group will investigate, assign an investigator and create a Security Investigation record.
The system also provides the tools to identify those employees which require special assistance during an emergency and who the emergency wardens are within the organization.
